The online store will remain open over the holidays but between 22 December and 3 January the warehouse will be closed. Any orders over that period will be sent out on Tuesday 3 January.
Postage within Australia
To keep things simple we have a flat rate of $9.50 per order - or free if you buy over $150 worth of goodies. This covers packaging, handling and postage costs.
We aim to pack and send your order within two working days of your payment (in the case of direct deposit, once the funds have cleared). Usually, however, any order placed before midday will go out the same day.
We use the Australia Post e-parcel service, which is essentially the same as registered post - we can track your order if need be. The delivery will require a signature on delivery so you may want to consider putting your work address down for delivery (plus the kids won't know a parcel has arrived!). Alternatively, you put a comment in the checkout asking for the delivery to be left without a signature.
Overnight for Canberra (and often for Sydney too)
2-3 days: Victoria, NSW and Brisbane
5-7 days: rest of Queensland and other states.
If you need an order quickly we may be able to send it Express Post - please call us to find out if this is an option (0419-997031 or 02-61547925). Please note Express Post can get very expensive for items over 1kg.
For Canberra customers free pick up from our warehouse at 5/1-11 Essington St, Mitchell is an option. Mon-Fri 10-4, Saturday 10-3.
Can I have my order sent to another address?
Certainly, when you progress through the checkout you will be asked to confirm your delivery address or select an alternate address.
International order - purchase from overseas for delivery in Australia
If you would like your order sent to Australia but are overseas you can just proceed through the checkout as per normal. You will be able to enter a different shipping address.
International shipping - overseas delivery (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE)
Currently our shopping cart can only accommodate Australian delivery addresses. We can, however, still help you if you are outside Australia - you just have to email us your order instead (email@example.com). We will send you a quote and if you want to proceed you can pay via Paypal (currently the only means of payment we can accept for orders with international delivery). Just like we do for our Australian customers, we aim to pack and send your order within two working days of your payment. We reserve the right to refuse to send orders to certain countries due to our experience with fraudulent orders.
