What is your return policy?
As a small business, customer satisfaction is vitally important to us. If you're not happy let us know and we'll do our best to make it better! If you change your mind about an item, just send it back to us unopened (sorry we can't cover the return postage) and we will refund you the value of your purchase.
If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us to arrange return of the damaged item and we will replace it at no cost to you (we'll pay the cost of postage). If you prefer, we will refund you the cost of the damaged item(s).
We can serve you better if we know a bit about why you're returning an item, so please email us explaining what item(s) you are returning and why, and include the invoice number and date of purchase. If you prefer, please call us on (02) 61547925 to discuss your return.
